Beef Sate Dipping Display
Marinade:
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp chopped garlic
½ tsp black pepper
1 pinch Sea salt
Add 1 lb trimmed beef tenderloin or sirloin strip, cut into 1 inch cubes. Marinate beef for 12 hours.
Using 8, 8 inch skewers, divide cubes by 8 and skewer 1/8 of cubes on each. Grill to desired temperature.
3 dipping sauces:
• Hot Honey Mustard with Bing Cherries - 1 cup hot & spicy mustard, 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp chopped green onions, 10 pitted cherries. Mix in blender & serve in small dipping bowl.
• Avocado Cumin Crème Fraise- ½ chopped avocado, 1 cup sour cream, 2 tbsp half & half, 2 tsp chopped basil, 1 tsp chopped shallot, ½ tsp cumin, salt to taste. Mix in blender and serve in small dipping bowl.
• Asian Peanut -1/2 cup teriyaki sauce, 3 tbsp peanut butter, ¼ cup orange juice, 1 tbsp sweet chili garlic sauce. Mix in blender & serve in small dipping bowl.
Pre-make dipping sauces, grill beef sates, present beef sates on platter and enjoy with your unique dipping sauces.
