Coverage of Cinco De Mayo
jazz89 KUVO will broadcast ‘live’ from Denver’s Civic Center Park in May 2006 for a celebration of Colorado’s Mexican/American culture.
Now in our eighth year, we continue the tradition of taking the music and excitement of our on-air programs Cancion Mexicana, Salsa con Jazz and La Raza Rocks out of the studio and transmitting the excitement of this festival over the airwaves.
The festival includes booths, dancers, musicians, food and more. And with attendance figures for 2006 being estimated at over 300,000, your sponsorship is sure to be recognized!
