The Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra performs new music from their CD recording project of Stevie Wonder favorites, “Overjoyed.” The CJRO is Colorado’s premier professional jazz ensemble. Colorado’s best musicians performing classic big band and modern large ensemble jazz, that’s the Colorado Jazz Repertory Orchestra. The CJRO plays to sell out houses at the Arvada Center, the PACE Center in Parker, the Rialto Theater in Loveland, as well as jazz festivals throughout the area, performing tunes from the libraries of Count Basie, Stan Kenton, Duke Ellington, Maynard Ferguson, CJRO composers and many more. Featured CJRO members are; Eric Gunnison, Bijoux Barbosa, Mike Marlier, Greg Gisbert, Wil Swindler, Paul McKee, Steve Wiest and many more.

CJRO’s July 21st concert at the Arvada Center Amphitheater was attended by over 1300 fans, so get your Dazzle tickets EARLY! There are only 90 seats available for this "up close and personal" concert at Denver's favorite jazz club.  This audience will be the first to hear new arrangements by CJRO writers Wil Swindler and Steve Wiest, featuring Heidi Schmidt and Robert Johnson on vocals.
