Ask the White Guy: corporate diversity in 2014

Even in 2014, incidents of  racial bias still show up on the public stage.  Exhibit A: L.A. Clippers owner Donald Sterling – even his apology on CNN  revealed more bias.  From the  website that breaks down diversity issues as they affect the business community – DiversityInc.com – CEO Luke Visconti visited “First Take with Lando and Chavis.”

 

 

“If you add up women, black people, Latinos, Asians, double counting  women, it’s 88 percent of our workforce. You add in LGBT people and people with disabilities,  you’d have to be foolish not to have a focus on this.”
