Percussionist William Hill has been the principal tub thumper for the Colorado Symphony Orchestra since the early ’80s.  The senses of color, dynamics, and taste that made Hill’s name with the CSO are very much in effect with his improvisational group “Bill Hill & Friends”, performing live from the Phyllis A. Greer Performance Studio on Tuesday, May 20th at 7:00 PM.   A diverse group that covers the gamut of Jazz styles and feelings, this will a be a concert you won’t want to miss!  Though Bill’s flowing locks may be pulled back into a pony tail, his Jazz project is anything but “longhair”!  Studio Club members: reserve your seats with Arvida at 303-446-7631 or arvida@kuvo.org.
