This is the Chef’s favorite night of the year! Dinner is accompanied by soft live jazz and classical music at 5 pm until midnight. At 7 pm in the Dance Hall, there’s the Annual Erotic Poetry Festival accompanied by belly dancers and The Diamond Doll Dancers, follwed by the Curtis Hawkins Blues Band in the Jungle Room at 10 pm and The Bypassers, and Chimney Choir “Light Shadow” Album release show in the Dance Hall at 10 pm.

Expect surprises throughout the evening.
