In addition to Adam Bodine’s eclectic catalog of original instrumental material, the genre-fusing pianist and composer is highly regarded for his jazz trio’s fun and creative interpretations of cover tunes. With this latest project “Covering the Spread,” Bodine’s band presents an eclectic collection of decade-spanning bangers, each uniquely arranged and featuring colorful reharmonizations and compelling rhythmic variations. Also, with it being Super Bowl weekend, still in the works for this performance is some sort of Super Bowl themed gambling action, where the audience can bet on stuff related to this concert.
