Broadcast Outage: We're investigating a broadcast transmission failure and are working to resolve this issue. In the meantime, you can listen online here or on the KUVO app.
For our Summit County Listeners: The KVJZ 91.7FM transmitter site on Bald Mountain experienced a catastrophic power line failure. Because of the high elevation and winter conditions, repairs won’t be possible until next summer. Stream KUVO JAZZ on our website, the app, or your smart speaker.
No one does Cinco de Mayo the way we do it in Denver, and your favorite radio stations – KUVO JAZZ and THE DROP 104.7 – invite you to come down to Civic Center Park on May 2-3, 2026 to be a part of the celebration of freedom and culture!
Our radio booths will be at the Local Stage from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on May 2-3, and there’s live music all day on both days. It’s one of the largest and longest-running Cinco de Mayo festivals in the nation, with folkloric dancers, arts and crafts, contests, a low-rider show, and Mexican food and drink vendors to satisfy every appetite.
The Cinco de Mayo parade is Saturday May 2nd from 11 a.m. to noon, going north on Welton Street from 13th, east on 17th Street, and south on Lincoln Street to Civic Center Park.
The Cinco de Mayo festival has three music stages. Here’s the lineup at the Local Stage:
