Thank you to those who supported KUVO JAZZ on Colorado Gives Day!
For our Summit County Listeners: The KVJZ 91.7FM transmitter site on Bald Mountain experienced a catastrophic power line failure. Because of the high elevation and winter conditions, repairs won’t be possible until next summer. Stream KUVO JAZZ on our website, the app, or your smart speaker.
Pianist Erik Deutsch, former Colorado scenester, longtime Brooklynite, and current resident of Mexico City returns to Denver to celebrate the release of his 9th album "This Was Then." Renowned for his ability to bounce between musical worlds and genres (his credits include The Black Crowes, Norah Jones, The Chicks, Charlie Hunter, Al Green, Ron Miles, etc.), Erik’s latest recording is a celebration of his stylistic versatility while remaining firmly rooted in jazz tradition.
