Multi instrumentalist and saxophonist Eric Trujillo returns to the stage at Dazzle leading his first jazz quintet in 25 years. Eric has been running a family string instrument making shop MiVida strings and performing as a Latin music artist in recent years but is excited to return to Dazzle to perform a classic collection of beautiful standards, re-imagined popular and Latin songs.
The quintet features a young lion ensemble featuring Sonya Walker on piano, Patrick McDevitt-bass, Alejandro Castano-drums and percussion and 18 year old multi instrumentalist Daniel Trujillo-vibes, melodica and percussion.
