Full SAIL

Denver-based duo Leena Waite (violin) & Adam Waite (piano), join multi-instrumentalist/Denver native Shane Endsley (drums) and Ike Sturm (bass) on a new project, Full SAIL - best described as a “musical conversation,” freely-flowing, improvised, artistic expression of friendship, hope, sorrow, joy and love, including mostly original tunes.

Leena is a violinist in Opera Colorado and subs with the Colorado Symphony & Colorado Ballet. She co-leads a group ReSound (vox-strings) with Kali Paguirigan.

Adam is the Minister of Music at Montview Boulevard Presbyterian Church. His jazz-inspired arrangements have been performed with such groups as the Colorado Symphony, I’m With Her, and Broadway Cares: Carols for a Cure.

Shane (trumpeter, drummer, composer) is a founding member of Grammy-nominated Kneebody. He teaches at MSU Denver, and has toured with Ani DiFranco, Jason Mraz, Mumford & Sons, Steve Coleman, Ravi Coltrane and David Murray.

Bassist/composer Ike has performed with Gene Bertoncini, Theo Bleckmann, Ingrid Jensen, Donny McCaslin, Bobby McFerrin, Ben Monder, Maria Schneider and Kenny Wheeler and has played on 4 Downbeat award-winning recordings and several Steve Reich releases.
