A poster for Matthew Fuller Quintet event

Join us for a two-week series featuring the Matt Fuller Quartet a dynamic ensemble featuring a few of the finest artists in Denver's creative music scene. Personnel: Matt Fuller (guitar, compositions), Adam Revell (piano), Jean-Luc Davis (bass), and Dru Heller (drums).

As an artist, Matt Fuller seeks to create an experience that invites listeners on a journey through the familiar and the unknown. His melodies are often intimate, and he finds joy in the moments of spontaneity and group interplay. The Matt Fuller Quartet seeks to create a unique vibe or world for each tune.

Considered “One of the finest guitarists in the area” by Jon Solomon of Westword Denver, Matt has toured nationally and internationally and performed with notables such as the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, Ron Miles, Cuong Vu, and Billy Tolles.  He holds a Master's in jazz performance from CU Boulder, and is a former long-time student of celebrated veteran jazz guitarist/educator Dale Bruning.  Matt lived in NYC as a freelancing guitarist and teacher from 2012 to 2015.  He currently teaches Jazz and Guitar classes at Denver School of the Arts and runs a private music studio in Lafayette.
