Join the Chicano Humanities and Arts Council (CHAC Gallery) in celebrating the joy and resilience of QTBIPOC artists and their communities at the Sovereign Bodies Sacred Futures exhibition

! Sovereign Bodies Sacred Futures celebrates the rich and diverse history of the fight for LGBTQIA2S+ Liberation. The exhibition features artworks by Queer/Trans Black and Indigenous People of Color (QTBIPOC) artists and allies that envision liberated futures, drawing connections between intersectional and global struggles, and honor Queer/Trans ancestors. 

Featured Artists: Rebecca Rozales, Evann Waterman, Jon Romero, Grace Gutierrez, Morgan DeVillier, Micah Ramirez, Damaris Santos, Tania Maldonado,Yasmeen Najeebi, Jesse Ryan Crosby, Mel Perrott, Chino Enriquez, Ernesto Jones, Tie Torres, Cal Duran, Gayedine Bujanda and Olive Keith.

The closing reception on June 28, from 5 - 8 p.m., will feature a blessing of the space, performers, and open mic.
