This energetic modern jazz quintet features all original music by its members, who have collaborated with many great artists in Colorado and beyond. The Democracy was awarded a Pathways to Jazz grant to record its self-titled debut album, recently released its second album, "Second Term" and has been entertaining audiences in venues and festivals since its formation in 2016, constantly evolving with forward looking compositions and exciting interaction among its members.
