Thanksgiving day is a time we can share our gratitude for our loved ones, our friends, and for life itself. La Raza Rocks will also be thanking the people who were the original inhabitants of the United States…the Native Americans. We should remember our nation’s original sin, the theft of Native American land.

Join Pocho Joe on Sunday, November 21, for a musical acknowledgment of what Thanksgiving ought to be!

You’ll hear Witchitai-to from Jim Pepper – Pepper’s Pow-wow, Message from a Drum from Redbone – The Very Best of Redbone, (Who Discovered) America from Ozomatli – Street signs, Noche Y Dia from B-Side Players – La Vida Es La Muerte, and more.

Join host Pocho Joe as we celebrate Thanksgiving on Sunday, November 21, at 1 pm.
