Many Coloradoans would like to buy a home but, even though they are great hard-working people, run into problems if they have less than perfect credit. NACA (Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America) specializes in working with banks to offer character-based mortgages, where you are given a loan based off your character, not your credit score.

NACA offers workshops twice per month (the next one is on Saturday February 17th at the Aurora Central  Library) to show what steps are needed to participate in their program. I had a chance to sit down at the local NACA office and speak with the manager, Ricardo Hernandez, about this program and how it can benefit many people in Colorado.Interview with Ricardo Hernandez of NACA
