Bill Frisell—”Valentine” features Aurora’s own Rudy Royston on drums and Thomas Morgan on bass. Bill was raised in Denver and is considered one of the greatest guitarists on the scene today. Rudy grew yo in Aurora and was part of the Fuller Sound group for many years until he decided to relocate to NYC where he has become one of the most in-demand drummers. Thomas Morgan has played and recorded with Pat Metheny for many years.


Scott Whitfield and The Big Bad Bones Band, “Emergency Vehicle Blues” The veteran Scott is a fine trombonist and long time faculty member of San Jose State University. He recruited 3 other quality trombone players for this session that swings all the way through the album.


Paul Carr, “The Real Jazz Whisperer”.  Houston native son Paul Carr is a fabulous tenor saxophonist who continues the great legacy of Texas tenors as well as dedicated his life to jazz education aimed at the younger generations. Mr. Carr is a graduate of Howard University and in 2002 founded the Jazz Academy of Music.”
