DENVER, Colo. — Once you find the storefront cluster at 9655 West Colfax, follow the neon sign that says “Jazz Waffles.” Then follow your nose, and follow the music to Denver vocalist Danette Hollowell’s new spot, Jazz Waffle Café. Gluten-free and vegan dishes (with jazz names) are served up quick, fresh and hot, and incredibly rich and tasty with sweet and savory toppings.
