Kitchens around town are on full effect coming up for Live at the Vineyards happening  Saturday August 12. Over 25 restaurants will be showcased on that day. One of the restaurants that will be there will be Del Frisco’s Grille.

The challenge this morning is to pair Del Frisco’s dish (which will be fresh cut Ahi Tuna with a Spicy Guacamole in a Crispy Wonton Shell and topped with a Spicy Aioli) with a wine selected by Carolyn Joy from Joy Wine and Spirits during our monthly Wine and Food Pairing.
