This month’s Wine, Beer and Food pairing has so many wonderful  things going on for the palette. Chef Cameron Tittle of Mas Kaos brought not one, but two wonderful dishes. I had asked him if he would bring their Shrimp Tacos or if he wanted to bring something else, he opted to bring both, and we are glad he did.

In addition to the Shrimp Tacos, he brought a crisp, cool and refreshing Watermelon Salad with Feta Cheese and a Cucumber Champagne Vinaigrette. Both dishes paired very nicely with the Martha Stoumen 2018 Post Flirtation White Blend that Carolyn Joy of Joy Wine and Spirits brought to the table.
