Thank you to those who supported KUVO JAZZ on Colorado Gives Day!
Due to high winds and fire danger, transmitters are operating at reduced power and reception may be affected through the weekend. Thank you for your understanding and support! You can listen online and on the KUVO app.
For our Summit County Listeners: The KVJZ 91.7FM transmitter site on Bald Mountain experienced a catastrophic power line failure. Because of the high elevation and winter conditions, repairs won’t be possible until next summer. Stream KUVO JAZZ on our website, the app, or your smart speaker.
Keyboardist Erik Deutsch is back in Boulder to perform music from his upcoming release, This Was Then.
In between touring the world with rock legends The Black Crowes, recording the Grammy-nominated album Happiness Bastards, and performing non-stop in his hometown of Mexico City,
Deutsch has found time to produce his 9th solo record and present a sneak peek of the new music before the official release in mid-July.
Joining him for this special 2-night engagement at The Muse will be ace drummer Michelle Pietrafitta and rising star Hunter Roberts on bass, along with long-time collaborators Bill Kopper on guitar and Jonathan Stewart on saxophone.
