Jon Batiste is touring North America on "The Big Money Tour," which kicks off on August 27, 2025, in Kansas City, Missouri, and runs through October 31, 2025, in Washington, D.C. The tour features performances of songs from his back catalog and new material from his upcoming song and album, "Big Money". Batiste describes the shows as "creative church" and aims to provide a deeper connection with audiences through communal expression, improvisation, and the introduction of fresh sounds.
An avid and wide-ranging collaborator, Batiste has worked with artists from Willie Nelson to Prince to Lana Del Rey, and his own acclaimed albums have included 2021’s We Are, which won a Grammy for Album of the Year, and 2023’s World Music Radio. He also took home a Grammy and an Academy Award for his score to the Pixar movie Soul, a collaboration with Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross.— Jon Dolan/Rolling Stone Magazine
