DAES, pronounced “daze,” formed as these incredible young artists were closing their high school times (Denver School of the Arts & North High School) and entering their college careers. Members include Elias Earl - Vibes, Scarlett Before Horses - Keys, Aesop Pelta-Tiller - Bass, and Declan Scully - Drums. The music of DAES blends modern jazz with hip hop and is mostly original material, but they also love doing classic tunes from our favorites, like Thelonious Monk. Their sound is driving, intentional, tasteful, and energetic. Catch them here before they're big time!
