Behind the Mic: Denver Indian Center

Abi Clark is the Senior Community Producer of The Morning Set at KUVO JAZZ

As KUVO notes National Native American Heritage Month (November) and Native American Heritage Day (the Friday after Thanksgiving), we check in with the Denver Indian Center, which has been serving the American Indian and Alaska Native community in metro Denver since 1983. Executive Director Rick Waters visits with The Morning Set’s Steve Chavis with an update on their programs and impact.
