Brass Queens light up KUVO Live on KUVO’s YouTube, Twitch Thursday 9/18
The award-winning Brass Queens light up KUVO’s Masterpiece Studio in a show that arrives on our YouTube and Twitch channels on Thursday, September 18, at 11 a.m. and is available on demand.
Hailing from Brooklyn, N.Y., the award-winning Brass Queens are a female-led brass band featuring all-female horns with a sound that sits right at the intersection of the Big Apple and the Big Easy.
Their music is deeply inspired by and pays homage to the New Orleans brass band tradition while injecting the upbeat, multifaceted energy of their New York home into each performance. Brass Queens tour regularly across the country and internationally, increasing the visibility of female musicians in the industry.
The ladies visited KUVO on their visit to Denver to play at Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom in August 2025.
