I’m Tree King, host of Mid-Morning jazz

Native of the Park Hill neighborhood in Denver CO, Anthony Grimes is an internationally recognized producer, filmmaker & visionary. Anthony has been instrumental in forming movements that shape culture in various arenas.

As part of the movement for Black Lives, Grimes founded the Denver Freedom Riders to support the Ferguson and Baltimore uprisings, building a grassroots network of thousands of people. He was the keynote speaker at the 2015 & 16 MLK Marade which reached over 47K. January 20 marks the 41st MLK Marade.

This year’s theme is Mission Possible. Protecting Freedom, Justice, and Democracy in the Spirit of Nonviolence 365.
