Josh Ehrlich, Program Manager at Denver's Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO), and Joel Williams, site supervisor, joined Paul Donovan on a recent "Community Voices" segment to discuss CEO's mission.
CEO provides immediate, effective, and comprehensive employment services exclusively to people recently released from incarceration.
The organization currently operates in 30 cities across 12 states. The Denver location launched in 2017 and is dedicated to ensuring that justice-impacted job seekers have opportunities to achieve socioeconomic mobility.
Their vision is that anyone with a recent criminal history who wants to work has the preparation and support needed to find a job and stay connected to the labor force. Their program provides participants with immediate employment with daily pay, skills training, job placement, and ongoing career support.
