You see food trucks at festivals, at concerts, outside bars, even at random parking lots, which is to say, the food truck scene on Colorado’s Front Range is super-competitive.

Thriving on that scene is a KUVO favorite, Flavor of Tabasco. Now with two trailers criss-crossing the Metro, Flavor of Tabasco is returning to Live at the Vineyards in 2025 with its authentic southern Mexican fare.
