Celebrated drummer, composer, producer, and visionary artist Yussef Dayes joined us in the studio for an interview before his sold-out show at Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom tonight, Wednesday, December 6.

His new album Black Classical Music shares the vibes and sounds from the UK and is rooted in the gumbo pot of Carribean, South American culture, and African Rituals and is an exploration of Yussef’s personal journey and musical style.
