Live & Local: Richard Bona at Dazzle
DENVER, Colo. — Cameroonian bassist, composer and bandleader Richard Bona is at Dazzle this Friday and Saturday. Now resident of South Florida, Bona's music blends his African roots and rhythms with some Afro-Cuban and Brazilian influences. His lilting voice cruises atop the music to exhilarating effect. The Asanté Trio includes Jesus Pupo on piano and Harvel Nakundi on drums .
