For our Summit County Listeners: The KVJZ 91.7FM transmitter site on Bald Mountain experienced a catastrophic power line failure. Because of the high elevation and winter conditions, repairs won’t be possible until next summer. Stream KUVO JAZZ on our website, the app, or your smart speaker.

Join us as we welcome saxophonist Daryl Gott, back to the Nocturne stage. Daryl is one of Denver's most dynamic and creative voices with a truly unshackled artistic sensibility. Daryl will be joined by an all-star lineup of Denver musicians (Eirik Haugbro on bass, Brian Claxton on drums and Jack Dunlevie on piano) as they come together to explore the musical legacy of the iconic Art Pepper.
Saxophonist and composer Daryl Gott was born and raised in Denver. Growing up in a musical family, Daryl was exposed to music and specifically jazz at a young age. He graduated from Denver School of the Arts and continued his formal music education at the City College of New York, where he studied with saxophonist Jon Gordon. Daryl is established in Denver's jazz scene as an in-demand sideman and a dynamic bandleader.
