Community Connection: Charlie Billingsley of The Museum for Black Girls

I’m Tree King, host of Mid-Morning jazz
The Museum for Black Girls

On Friday, March 6, at 11 a.m., Tree King sits down with Charlie Billingsley, founding member of The Museum for Black Girls, for Community Connection.

Charlie initially launched the pop-up around 2019 and is a Denver native, photographer, and curator.

Located inside the Denver Pavilion, The Museum for Black Girls features interactive exhibits, educational workshops, and special events designed to honor and uplift the contributions of Black female artists and cultural icons. Discover a space that invites the community to explore the stories, creativity, and history that shape the lives and legacy of Black women.
