Nocturne presents the Paul Mullikin Quartet: Eric Gunnison: Piano, Sean McGowan: Guitar, Gabriel Mervine: Trumpet, Paul Mullikin: Drums, Andrew Rose: Bass

Following a 2019 residency at Nocturne, Paul Mullikin’s ‘Orchestral Quintet‘ (a small group that presents Classical works through the jazz and improvisatory lens) went into the recording studio to capture the groups sonic adventures from Stravinsky’s rhythmic madness to Debussy’s lush harmonies. Nocturne is elated to present this collection of top shelf jazz musicians as they celebrate their record release and bring fresh perspectives to these timeless classical works.

Paul Mullikin is a multifaceted percussionist who performs with The Boulder Philharmonic, Colorado Ballet Orchestra, the Colorado Symphony Orchestra, and within the local jazz community of Denver.

During this time of limited capacity floor seats are only available by RESERVATION as we are limited to 50 seats per show/seating. Music fees are included with all “Dinner and a Show” packages. For walk-in guests, an artist fee of $10 per guest (per set) applies to this show.
