The street-party tradition of Carnival takes us from New Orleans to Trinidad and Rio as we bask in the rhythmic magic of everything Cajun and Latin. From Blues to Dixieland, Calypso and Mambo, it’s time to revel in the sizzle that can only come from brass and steel pans!
