As part of Denver’s cultural plan and our Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Justice work, we bring you this free virtual discussion moderated by Stephanie T. Rance – Run&Shoot Filmworks along with Tariana Navas-Nieves – Denver Arts & Venues; James Mejía – Denver Film; Kwame Spearman – Tattered Cover and Gary Steuer – Bonfils-Stanton Foundation.

About this Event – Run&Shoot Filmworks, producer of the Academy Award®-accredited Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival (MVAAFF), in partnership with Denver Arts & Venues, Denver Film, Bonfils-Stanton Foundation and the Tattered Cover present its signature extension event, The Color of Conversation: Inspiring a Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion and Racial Equity Through the Artistic Lens.

Following months of major social and political change, organizations, as well as individuals are taking the lead to increase diversity, inclusion and racial equity through imaginative and immersive methodologies.
