The Ron Jolly Trio features Ron Bland on bass and Don Newby on drums. They have played together in many situations for more than 40 years. In 2015 they released The Friend Suite on Tapestry Records. The Ron Jolly Trio has appeared more than 100 times for concerts, parties, receptions and club work. The trio plays original music as well as standards, pop and jazz tunes. They are in demand for session work as well as for regular appearances in a variety of bands in Colorado and internationally.
