Dazzle Jazz will present the 35 Year Reunion of Inner City Recording Artists Dry Jack on June 30.

A legendary jazz fusion group of the late 70’s and early 80’s, Dry Jack recorded two highly successful albums – “Magical Elements” and “Whale City” – for Inner City Records.

Tune in Monday, June 29 at 1:30 PM to hear host Susan Gatschet interview Dry Jack’s pianist Chuck Lamb and his brother, bassist Rich Lamb, about their Dry Jack reunion concert at Dazzle.

Dry Jack thrilled audiences throughout the U.S. and was cited in Rolling Stone’s History of Music as one of the premiere, cutting edge bands of the electric jazz movement.

The group was founded by keyboardist and composer Chuck Lamb (Brubeck Brothers Quartet) and bassist extraordinaire Rich Lamb (Hazel Miller Group), both longtime Colorado residents.

Dry Jack also featured Kansas City guitar wiz Rod Fleeman (Karrin Allyson) and New York drummer Jon Margolis (Ernie Watts). Now, 35 years later, Dazzle presents the reunion of this world class group!
