The Peter Sommer Septet plays swinging arrangements of your holiday favorites as well as tunes by jazz greats, including selections from their debut recording “Happy-Go-Lucky Locals”. The Septet is a love letter to the great composers of jazz history, including Duke Ellington, Billy Strayhorn, Charles Mingus, John Coltrane, and many others. The focus is on joyful swinging and uplifting improvisations and we hope you will join us for this special Holiday Celebration!
