This month Chef Vinny and Manager David from Que Bueno Suerte stopped by to pair their Ancho Costillas des res, with a Bichi red wine selected by Carolyn Joy of Joy Wine and Spirits.  This dish features two 5 oz. ancho chili braised short ribs set atop creamy hominy with pepitas, finished with pickled red onion and habanero pepper.
