Celebrate Black History Month with KUVO Host

KUVO host Linard “Scotty” Scott of Origins: Orgy in Rhythm will be a featured speaker at two engagements celebrating Black History Month. 

February 16, 7 pm | Centennial Institute - Colorado Christian University

Scotty will discuss the music of the African Diaspora accompanied by recordings. Scotty’s art will also be displayed. Venue: Leprino Hall (8787 W. Alameda, Lakewood CO 80226). For more information, call 303-963-3425 or click here. 

February 18, 11-12:15 pm | Metro State University

As part of the Black World Conference, Scotty will be part of a panel discussing the linking of the African Diaspora and the African continent, which will include a Q&A session. This event is free and open to the public. For more information, click here.
