The Matt Skellenger Group at Dazzle Jazz | Nov. 20 & 21

Missed The Matt Skellenger Group‘s live performance at KUVO on Nov. 19 or just can’t get enough? The Matt Skellenger Group will be performing at Dazzle Jazz Nov. 20 and 21.

Fusing elements of jazz and world music, the group will celebrate the release of their third full-length album, New Radio, with songs from both their newest release as well as past releases, The Owls Are Not What They Seem and Parentheticals.

According to Derek Miles of The Marquee Magazine, “Matt’s style is easily among the best bass playing in Colorado. He employs a technique similar to a pianist, using both left and right hands to play notes on the fretboard; a challenging approach to the bass guitar that offers a unique sound.”
