Bassist and your host of the Monday Night Beat, Jimmy Trujillo’s latest band is a Grover Washington, Jr. tribute project!  “Mister Magic”, “Winelight”, and of course “Just the Two of Us”…  Smooth & Groovy!

Sunday, September 28th @ 8:00 PM Playground Chamber Jazz Ensemble

With the Playground Chamber Jazz Ensemble, Conrad Kehn conducts his players through programs of modern Jazz – inspired contemporary concert music.  A very sophisticated improvisational collective with lots of outstanding soloists!

Tues., September 30th @ 10:00 PM Analog Son

Guitarist Jordan Linit and bassist Joshua Fairman form the nucleus for this ultra-funky, horn- and vocal- driven band.  Casey Sidwell of the Tuesday Jazz Odyssey will be your gracious host.
