A few special nights per year, our team creates and presents an original five course dinner experience that explores the aesthetics of iconic albums and artists through flavor, texture, and emotion. Renditions Dinners include interactive chats and in depth course explanations by Chef Partner Dustin Beckner, the musicians on stage, and Nocturne co-owners Scott & Nicole Mattson.

In the weeks leading up to the Renditions Dinner chef Dustin and Scott dive deep into the selected music, using various melodies, themes, lyrics and related stories to inspire five original courses that are paired to a live performance of the works featured.  Renditions Dinners have been covered by local and national media alike, and gathered a committed following of fans. For our 29th Renditions, we travel to the late 70’s and early 80’s as we explore the music of The Police. On stage for this special night we are honored to host the Seth Lewis Quintet (Alex Heffron – Guitar, Gabriel Mervine – Trumpet, Brian Claxton – drums, Tom Amend – piano).
