Colorado Gives Day is Tuesday, December 5, and we’ll have three school and alumni bands playing LIVE from KUVO’s Masterpiece Studio. At 7:00 p.m., it’s the Camilla Vaitaitis Quartet with Adam Gang, Hunter Roberts, and Kevin Matthews

Camilla Vaitaitis, pianist, vocalist, guitarist, arranger, composer, and educator, graduated from the Lamont School of Music at the University of Denver with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees.

Saxophonist Adam Gang maintains an active schedule as a performer and educator while pursuing a Master’s degree at the D.U. Lamont School of Music.

Bassist Hunter Roberts attended Denver School of the Arts and the D.U. Lamont School of Music.

Drummer Kevin Matthews is a performer and educator, including teaching at The Gift of Jazz, Cherry Creek Academy, Denver School of the Arts, Colorado Conservatory for the Jazz Arts (CCJA), and more.

(Camilla’s indie rock band Barbara plays Dec. 15 at the Hi-Rise on S. Broadway, and the Camilla Vaitaitis Quartet plays Dec. 17 at Nocturne.)
