Curated in partnership with RedLine, activities will highlight musicians, actors, dancers, storytellers and more! Five Points Fortitude –This year’s Bonfils-Stanton Foundation supported Arts + Culture Activities will be concentrated in the Five Points neighborhood. Join us for inside looks at some of Five Points’ historic buildings while taking in enriching cultural experiences. Enjoy live Jazz performances, dance performances by Cleo Parker Robinson Dance and spoken word and theater performances by the Black Actors Guild at the iconic Rossonian. Share your architecture stories with Sam Pike at the Blair-Caldwell African American Research Library. Get a taste of some of Five Points’ best restaurants at the old Puritan Pie Factory. Finally, create your own mosaic of stamps designed by Imin Yeh and local artists by visiting all the activities.

If These Walls Could Talk: Architecture Stories with Sam Pike – September 22, 10 am to 4 pm

What’s your favorite building in Five Points? Which building holds within its walls an unforgettable story? Which building needs its story told before it is forgotten? These are some of the questions Sam Pike is asking participants to talk about at his Blair-Caldwell Library story booth. Help Sam give a voice to the buildings of the neighborhood by telling him your most memorable experiences with Five Points’ architecture.

Points of Interest is an art and architecture-focused scavenger hunt! Using your map, visit all our Arts + Culture Activities and sites and receive unique stamps at each one designed by Imin Yeh and local Denver artists.
