Featuring the Eddie Palmieri 15-Piece Orchestra

KUVO’s 35th Anniversary Party | Saturday, August 8, 2020

KUVO’s Live at the Vineyards is a wine tasting, gourmet feast with live music, dancing, and a silent auction.

THE MUSIC
Ten-time Grammy winner Eddie Palmieri and his 15-piece orchestra will perform. Known as one of the finest pianists of the past 65 years, Eddie Palmieri is a bandleader, arranger and composer of Salsa and Latin Jazz.

THE GOURMET FEAST
Your ticket gives you access to 25 world-renowned Colorado restaurants. Chef inspired dishes and delicacies, a varied selection of artisan cheeses to flavorful plates. Guest can enjoy as many times as you like and an opportunity to vote – a People’s Choice competition ads to the evenings enjoyment.

THE WINE TASTING
The wine tasting is sponsored by Balistreri Vineyards. John Balistreri’s family immigrated from Sicily to the United States in the early 1900’s. The winery in North Denver has grown while keeping to its traditional roots of wines made naturally, as they forgo the use of sulfites or other chemicals. Bottled one barrel at a time. Guests receive tickets for the wine tasting, and can purchase by the glass or by the bottle to take to your table.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
The attire is casual dress. This can mean that the gentlemen wear shorts with a polo shirt (it is summer, after all!). Ladies can wear heels, but we recommend staying away from pointy heels because of the grassy areas (block heels work best).

What’s the timeline?
Be on time! When you first arrive, you’ll be enjoying a gourmet feast from over 20 restaurants until 7:45 pm. The music and the dancing start right around the time the food sponsors close. The auction closes at 8:30 pm sharp. The night will conclude by 10:30 pm.

Where is Balistreri Vineyards?
The vineyard is ten minutes north of downtown Denver, on 66th Ave. between Franklin and York streets. Take I-25 to the 58th Ave. exit, go north on Washington, turn onto 66th heading east, and you’ll arrive at the vineyard after you pass Franklin St.

Can I buy tickets at the vineyard?
Please check kuvo.org to be sure that we are not sold out. If tickets are not sold out, you can purchase them at the vineyard. Please be on site early.

I’m sitting at a sponsor table; can I purchase additional tickets?
Yes, please email member@kuvo.org or call 303-620-5794 to purchase additional tickets or click here. Your guest can join you at your table.

How much will general admissions tickets cost after July 31?
On the morning of August 1, the general admission tickets will go up to $100 – get your tickets before July 31.

Where do I park?
VIP ticket holders and Table Sponsors have backstage parking. There’s plenty of parking in two lots close to Balistreri. There will be traffic directors onsite to assist you.

Can I bring beer or lawn chairs?
We will have seating for all our guests. The only liquor served and allowed on the premises is the wine.

What do the Auction and Everybody Wins entail?
We will have a silent auction for you to bid on baskets, pottery, and art. Additionally, you can enter Everybody Wins for $20 and can win anything from dining certificates to a guitar!
