Colorado natives turned NYC professional hitmen, Zach Berns (d) and Luke McCrosson (b), return to their hometown for a night of original music, standards, and hits presented in jazz trio format. Rounding out the ensemble will be NYC legend Charles Blenzig

Berns and McCrosson, who are students of Muse family Clare Church and Pete Lewis, are coming off a year featuring an international tour, production work on hip hop records in Texas and Los Angeles, countless performances in NYC jazz clubs and pop festivals, and the release of the duo’s own instrumental EP entitled “Relative Calm At The Disco”. Blenzig’s all star CV speaks for itself, having performed with legends such as Michael Brecker, Gato Barbeiri, Marcus Miller, Michael Franks, and many more. The trio are excited to be in Lafayette for a homecoming to family, friends, and teachers alike, to present a night of fresh, beautiful, and boundary-pushing music at The Muse.
