Denver based saxophonist and composer Daryl Gott will reunite with long-time musical companion and drummer Neil Hemphill (now based in Chicago) for an evening of originals and thoughtful standards. Joined by the rising guitar voice of Max Light and swingin’ sounds of Tom Amend at the organ, this special one night show will showcase a fresh, modern sound that’s rooted in the deep traditions of jazz.

Growing up in a musical family in Denver, saxophonist Daryl Gott was exposed to jazz at a young age. After graduating from Denver School of the Arts, he continued his formal music education at the City College of New York where he studied with saxophonist Jon Gordon. Daryl is very active in Denver’s jazz scene as a first call sideman and a dynamic bandleader in his own right.
