Denver Architecture Foundation’s signature event is exactly as it sounds – an opportunity to open the doors to the places and spaces that make the Mile High City such a special city in which to live, work, study, and play.

From historic structures to contemporary builds, Doors Open Denver is an homage to Denver’s ever-changing built environment. The autumnal event draws thousands of architecture, art, history, and culture enthusiasts, exploring and experiencing featured sites.

New Doors Open Denver Virtual Tours
Access iconic and unique spaces in Denver—and beyond—with eight new virtual tours created for DOD 2022. During the run of DOD, Sept. 26 through Oct. 16, watch new virtual tours for free and on-demand on the DAF website. The new virtual tours will feature Eugene Groves’ Nordlund House, J. Roger Musick’s Bitman-Hower House, Watkins Stained Glass, United States Air Force Academy, US Olympic & Paralympic Museum, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, Historic Elitch Theatre, and Howard Berkeley Park Chapel.
