You might recognize Lauren Frihauf from her recent feature in NPR Music’s Tiny Desk ‘Top Shelf’, EP 1, or from Season 19 of NBC’s “The Voice”, where she made it to the Knockout Rounds with Teams Gwen and Legend.

Lauren’s first original releases are part of a collaboration that culminated in, ‘The Latona EP’. This debut album was released in August of 2022. Her vocals have been compared to Amber Navran, Joni Mitchell, Stevie Nicks, and Amy Winehouse. Lauren’s music is indie singer-songwriter, with folk and neo-soul elements. The urban vibe of her music is a surprising juxtaposition to the rural farm where Lauren lives and creates.

Lauren will be joined by three stellar local musicians Dazzle patrons may be familiar with: Alec Wenzel, of Specific Ocean, Braxton Kahn from Many Colors and Joe Smith and the Spicy Pickles, and most recently, Callum Bair from Same Cloth. She is excited to be performing with a band again, sharing new originals from her solo project with a live audience!
